A Million Steps Walk
Since 2016, our A Million Steps to Mental Health Awareness Walk has been a source of financial support for organizations removing barriers to mental wellness. Each year, we walk in multiple locations throughout the Preventive Measures Wellness Enterprise to raise funds and raise awareness.

Removing Barriers. One Step at a Time.
Every year, Our A Million Steps to Mental Health Awareness Walk brings communities together as our staff, partners, friends, and families walk to promote awareness and remove barriers to mental wellness for some of our most vulnerable populations. This year on Saturday, May 17th, we'll gather in Allentown, PA, Washington, DC, and Conyers, GA to take big steps for mental health. Stay tuned for more Walk Day details!

4 Ways You Can Help
Walk
Set a personal fundraising goal and help us reach our target! Then, join us on Walk Day as we step it out for Mental Health Awareness. It takes just 5 minutes to get started.

Why We Walk
Mental Wellness is About the WHOLE Person
Proceeds from our Walk directly support organizations that provide wraparound services, enabling holistic improvements in mental wellness within the communities where we live and serve.
To date, we have raised and donated thousands of dollars to more than 25 organizations. This year, with the support of our donors and sponsors, we aim to uplift five more with grants up to $5000 each through our Community Organization Grants Program. Will you join us in making a difference?
Here are just a few ways we’ve made an impact:
-
Emotional and housing support for youth with housing insecurities.
-
Mental health resources and assistance for veterans.
-
Mentorship and college-readiness for at-risk youth.
-
Empowerment and assistance for returning citizens to reduce recidivism rates.
-
Nurturing and support for young mothers to become self-sufficient for themselves and their families.
Real Impact. Real Change.
We've empowered dozens of organizations with thousands in financial support raised through our A Million Steps to Mental Health Awareness Walk. This year, we’re supporting 5 more. YOU can play a key role in that impact.
$15K Raised for a Brighter Tomorrow
Thanks to our generous donors and sponsors, we raised $15,000 for six incredible organizations in 2024. In 2025 your contributions will make an even deeper impact for mental health awareness and provide crucial support to organizations dedicated to promoting better mental well-being in our communities.
